How does it work?
A Home Instead representative will help install a flexible monitoring system in the senior’s home, including one interactive device -- the Home Hub -- and two wall-mounted ambient monitors. We’ll collect your communication, alert, and outreach preferences, and trial the device with the senior so they know how it works.
Get in touch with us anytime. A Home Instead representative can arrange additional services for the senior, or send a Care Pro for a check-in visit. If we get a health or environment alert from the monitoring system, we’ll reach out to check in.
Home Instead partners with device vendors for monitoring devices and analytics. Monitoring and communications are provided by Home Instead, who may act as a concierge to organize other services delivered by third-party partners. All caregiver services are provided by a Home Instead franchise and employed caregiver.
